This link is to the video Dave sent me, and I think her words in it are a little more inspiring than the above video. This woman and her house is the perfect example of people and actions I read about that make me go crazy like "I want to be her!!!!!". I think it's just a matter of commitment and really wanting it, rather than saying you want it. When you decide totry to fully live your life by the principles you have, it's pretty radical. Radical as in brave and taking yourself far from the conventional.

I was standing in a dark shower pouring water from a bucet on my head. And it was do-able! But when you find yourself back in a society and culture with plenty of resources and things, it's very easy to fall back into step of taking advantage of all of it. This woman really created the environment she wanted to live in. I want to be her!!!!!
"Im an environmenalist, I wanted to live my life in a way that honored my true values"
"No morgage, I have more time and money to do other things, to be the person I want to be"
It's possible to free ourselves from the things we think we HAVE to have!!! Like morgages and debt!!! It brings me back to the theme behind Futures Studies... imagine th
